As a small token of our appreciation, our team will drop off treats at your doorstep on the afternoon of Tuesday, December 23. We hope this little surprise brings some brightness to your day and serves as a thank you for helping make Sheffield Lofts the warm, welcoming community it is. Get ready for some fun with our exciting At-Home Bingo game! From April 14-18, we’ll be hosting a friendly competition, and we want YOU to join in!

We’ll be dropping off a bingo card to your door on April 11. Look for it and keep it handy! Starting on April 14, your friendly Property Manager Krissy will email you 6 bingo numbers each day. Check them off on your card!

Fourteen incredible members of the Horizon Realty family dedicated their time to give back to the community at Care for Real, a local food pantry in Edgewater. 🤝🍲 Through their selfless efforts, they served a whopping 280 families donated food to fight food insecurity. 👏💙

Horizon Realty Group is currently trying to secure zoning approval for a Class A multifamily property in Evanston, Illinois which would create 10 on-site affordable apartments in a very coveted area of Evanston. Despite the overwhelming benefit that the project will bring to the community, on top of the much-needed affordable housing units, the project has been met with much resistance from local “NIMBY’s” since the efforts started about 4 years ago.

Recently, the media has begun to shed light on how overly burdensome zoning restrictions (and the NIMBY movement) are unwittingly contributing to an affordable housing crisis in our country (see link below).
