When searching for her own home she fell in love with real estate as a career, for the prospect of helping people find their ideal place to call home. Layne grew up in Minneapolis, MN moved to Madison, WI to earn her BS in Biology from the University of Wisconsin, and then moved to Chicago, IL in 2005 where she attained her MBA. She possesses an in-depth knowledge of the near north neighborhoods of Chicago and is knowledgeable about condominiums, single-family homes, and new construction. Layne has an exceptional commitment to high level of quality on every level and enjoys managing multiple projects at one time. Her experiences exemplify the ability to carefully plan, manage and creatively execute complex time and events scheduling.
