I am a full-time Residential Real Estate Broker and so excited to have been selected as a host of the Emmy-nominated TV show The American Dream, which is syndicated on Apple TV, Roku, Amazon Fire, Amazon Prime Video, and Fox Cable. I have been recognized as a Top Producing Chicago Residential Real Estate Agent, receiving awards in 2024 and 2019 from the Chicago Association of Realtors, reflecting

my dedication to buyers, sellers, and investors. If you would like your home, local business, or charity featured on an upcoming episode of The American Dream, please reach out to me! Before real estate, I owned Pilates studios for 21 years and truly believe Joe Pilates is a genius. As a business owner, I understand the importance of investing wisely, building equity, and the pride of homeownership. The philosophy I had in my Pilates studios is the same approach I bring to real estate: empowerment, knowledge, and education. I provide clients with the tools, resources, and guidance they need to make informed decisions when buying or selling. I ensure my clients understand the entire process—from contracts to negotiations to closing—while educating them with current market stats and reports. My five-star reviews reflect my work ethic, integrity, and commitment to my clients. I love Chicago and take advantage of everything the city has to offer. You'll find me biking every chance I get (except during showings!), practicing Pilates, yoga, and meditation, and training in Shotokan karate at the Japanese Karate Association-Chicago.

For years, consumers were told Zillow was the place to search.

But a portal is not the market.

When a third party tries to influence how listings can be marketed, it raises an important question:

Who should control the sale of your home?

The answer is simple: the seller.

Not an advertising platform.

If you want access to all opportunities—not just what one portal decides to display—I can help.

Just sold in Lincoln Park.

I had the pleasure of representing out-of-state buyers in the purchase of this fantastic home at 1660 N. LaSalle, Unit 3501.

One of the biggest concerns buyers have when purchasing from another city is how to confidently make decisions from afar. My job is to simplify that process—providing honest guidance, virtual walkthroughs, market insight, negotiation strategy, and hands-on support every step of the way.

Congratulations to my clients on their new Chicago home and thank you for trusting me with such an important move.

If you’re planning a move to Chicago—or know someone who is—I’d love to help.

🔥 Chicago luxury real estate is getting VERY interesting.

A One Bennett Park penthouse just hit the spotlight—and while the headline is the $12M+ asking price, that’s not the real story.

Here’s what I’m watching:

Luxury buyers used to want the blank canvas. Raw penthouse. Endless customization. “Make it exactly mine.”

But has the market shifted?

Because today’s high-end buyer may be saying:
✨ Stunning design? Done.
✨ Move-in ready? Perfect.
✨ No 18-month construction project? SOLD.

Honestly, I get it. Time is the one thing nobody can buy more of.

As a Chicago real estate guy (and yes, someone who loves a jaw-dropping property 😄), I think this says a LOT about where the luxury market is headed.

What do you think—would you rather customize from scratch or walk into perfection?

One of America’s most expensive divorces is now tied to one of Chicago’s most iconic addresses.

A stunning East Lake Shore Drive co-op tied to Maya Polsky — amid what’s been reported as one of the largest divorce settlements in U.S. history — is now making headlines in Chicago’s luxury real estate world.

Beyond the headline itself, the story offers a fascinating glimpse into the rarefied world of Chicago’s historic lakefront co-ops: private residences known for their exclusivity, old-world architecture, and incredible views of Lake Michigan.

These homes rarely hit the market, which is why listings like this always draw attention far beyond real estate circles.

Chicago’s luxury market continues to tell some incredible stories — and this may be one of the year’s most talked-about.

In the highly publicized divorce of Maya and Michael Polsky in 2007, Maya's $183 million settlement included this co-op on East Lake Shore Drive.
