Another successful suburban office transaction closed in Chicagoland 🏢

SVN | Chicago Commercial facilitated the $1.95M sale of a 15,818 SF office property at 100 E Pierce Road in Itasca.

The property traded off-market with two tenants in place after generating strong buyer interest during the pre-marketing phase — including an offer received before the asset officially hit the market.

Originally constructed in 2001 by the previous owner, the building was exceptionally maintained with no deferred maintenance, helping position the asset for a smooth and successful sale.

SVN Advisors Jennifer Hopkins, MBA, Olivia Czyzynski, and Lina Adamis of the Next Level Team represented the seller in the transaction.

Another great afternoon connecting, learning, and supporting women in commercial real estate at this year’s Chicago Women in Commercial Real Estate Summit.

One of the standout themes throughout the event was adaptability. How today’s CRE professionals are navigating evolving market conditions through collaboration, creativity, and strategic thinking.

We were especially proud to have Karen Kulczycki moderating the “State of the Market Update” panel, leading conversations around the industrial, office, retail, multifamily, finance, investment, and property management sectors alongside an incredible group of industry leaders.

Women supporting women continues to shape the future of CRE, and events like this are a reminder of how valuable those relationships and conversations truly are.
