A new restaurant is coming to downtown Evanston! 🌮

Boca Brava, a new Mexican restaurant from longtime restaurant professional Carlos Arechiga, has signed a lease for approximately 7,000 SF at 1557 Sherman Ave., the former Reza’s Restaurant & Lounge space.

SVN | Chicago Commercial represented the landlord in the transaction, with Wayne Caplan and Jim Martin leading the assignment.

Boca Brava plans to bring traditional Mexican cuisine, seating for approximately 200 guests, and a stylish new dining destination to Evanston, with an anticipated opening in early 2027.
