🚨 SCAM ALERT: PROTECT YOURSELF FROM RENT FRAUD 🚨
It has come to my attention that an unauthorized individual is currently impersonating me on social media and rental platforms (such as Craigslist/Facebook Marketplace) to post fraudulent apartment listings in Chicago.
Please protect yourself by remembering these facts:
- Official Brokerage: I am with Anderson Pinnacle Realty.
- Official Contact: I only communicate through my official phone and text lines: 773-771-0535 and 872-260-3650. My official email address is [email protected].
- Protect Your ID: I will never ask you to email photos of your driver's license, passport, or ID, nor will I ask you to upload them to unverified online forms before we meet.
- No Blind Deposits: I will never ask you to wire money, Zelle, or Venmo funds before you have toured a property in person and signed an official lease.
- Verified Listings: If a deal looks too good to be true, it likely is.
If you have been contacted by someone claiming to be me from a different number or email, please do not send money or sensitive identification. Report them immediately and reach out to me directly to verify. Stay safe!
