From Cramped to Comfortable: The Lester Family's New Home 🏠️Success

When the Lester family first called me, they were convinced that "the perfect home" was as real as Bigfoot—lots of rumors, no real sightings.

Their current place was bursting at the seams, with toys in every corner and a kitchen table doubling as a homework station, office, and sometimes a jungle gym.

“We’ll never find a house that has everything we want,” they said.

Stop waiting for home prices to drop. They aren’t going to.

If I had a dollar for every time someone told me they were “just waiting for the perfect price,” I’d probably have enough to buy that 'overpriced' house they’re waiting on. 😆

The idea that there’s a magical moment when prices will drop just enough but competition won’t be too high? That’s like waiting for a traffic-free Monday morning—it sounds great, but it’s not how reality works.

Take the Stevens, for example. They wanted to move last year but held off because they were convinced prices would definitely drop in a few months.

Spoiler alert: They didn’t.

And when they circled back, the homes they loved had gone up in price, mortgage rates had shifted, and their dream house was now just a dream.

On the flip side, the Thompsons were nervous about buying in a “high market” but trusted the process.

We focused on value—finding a home that fit their needs, budget, and long-term goals.
