Mark’s real estate career began in 2015 and within his first year, he was awarded the prestigious Chicago's Real Estate "Rookie of the Year" Award. It is an award recognizing a new agent for sales, performance, and commitment to client excellence. By 2017, he had earned his place in the top 3%, company wide, for Baird & Warner- a company with over 2,300 residential real estate agents. In his first
2 years, Mark completed over 50 successful transactions with a combined sales volume of over $18 million. Mark is a Certified Relocation Specialist for buyers and sellers and gains his clients’ trust through hard work, honesty and a whole lot of hustle. He is passionate about helping people and uses Real Estate as a vehicle allowing people to achieve their dreams, either in buying their first home, or selling their home and moving on to something new. As a way of giving back, Mark donates one bike for every three completed transactions to help mobilize people through the power of bikes with a charity organization called World Bicycle Relief. As an avid city cyclist, Mark has completed multiple Ironman triathlons, and works hard to maintain a well rounded life. Mark is a West Looper himself as both an investment property holder and resident. He balances his training with his love to travel, planning his next adventure with his wife and daughter, and spending time with his first-generation, Polish-speaking family.
