[Day 1/36]

In 36 days for my 36th birthday I have a BIG HAIRY AUDACIOUS GOAL! 🎯

I will be hosting a 5 Day Challenge to help as many real estate agents, investors, and entrepreneurs. Who struggle to break 6 figures in their RE business.

If you were like me, you got into real estate with dreams of creating financial freedom for you and your family. You wanted more out of this life, and you can FEEL it. You were meant for something more and you know it. But somewhere along the way that dream became a second job, that barely paid the bills.

I remember when I first got my real estate license. I didn’t make a single dollar. I was more broke than ever, spending money on association dues, gas, meaningless coffee meetings, and endless hours in traffic—all for nothing.

For over two years, I didn’t close a single deal, and I was ready to quit. In fact, I took a whole year off and went back to the very thing that was holding me back.

I never told anybody this, but I hated myself. I was ashamed of myself for hitting rock bottom, multiple times. Abusing drugs and alcohol, stuck in an abusive relationship because I didn't want to be alone. Deep down I knew something had to change. Something had to change and that was Me.

Fast forward to today:

Now, I make over six figures in my real estate business, all while dedicating my time to help my parents with the restaurant and mentoring aspiring RE agents and investors. And I still find time to kick ass in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu! 🥋🥇

Wow what a journey! 🤯Two months ago I decide to participate in a public speaking contest. I actually failed 3 times but I eventually WON a ticket to go compete against some of the best speakers in this country. People like you and me sharing their stories of overcoming loss, doubt, fear, depression, death, failure, addiction, poverty you name it. The TOP 3 speakers would get an opportunity to speak on Grant Cardone's 10X Growth Con stage and I made it into the top 30!!!! Although I didn't win, I came out of this event, a better speaker, a better person. And I learned so much and made some incredible relationships. But what I learned is the power of stories the power of a message that inspires others to take action, to believe in themselves. So many of us are stuck in our current lives, unhappy, or discontent, some of us feel trapped. Well you're not alone. All of us struggle, all of us are working towards a better life. All of us have a story to share.

If they say no wholesalers that means they are typically the wholesaler and don’t want to joint venture. Which is unfortunate because sometimes someone has a real buyer if you have a deal and one a JV with us, hit me up in the DM’s.
