That’s when I first connected with Felicia. At the time nothing happened, So of course I did what we always teach “fortune is in the follow-up”
I stayed in touch I focused on relationships and added value. In 2024 She reached out to me about selling her mother’s house but it didn’t happen. Then again at the beginning of 2026 She trusted me to help her sell her home as she transitions into a new chapter, moving into the home she built in Indiana.
I say all that to say this, Your database, how you feed it and nurture it is the bread and butter of your business and that goes for any business owner. There is no such thing as a bad lead. Keep Goin and congrats again to Felicia
