1225 S Indiana is officially moving forward.
First announced back in 2023, the planned Parkway Residences is set to rise five stories and bring 100 residential units to the neighborhood.
As of March 2026, two new pending permits have been filed with the City of Chicago:
First Permit
Description: APPROVAL OF NEW PLAN FOR STORMWATER MANAGEMENT. PROJECT TYPE: RESIDENTIAL. PROJECT AREA: 1.01 ACRES. THIS APPROVAL DOES NOT AUTHORIZE ANY CONSTRUCTION WORK. CONSTRUCTION WORK MAY REQUIRE SEPARATE PERMIT(S).
Second Permit
