The Carbide and Carbon Building is a must-see spectacle, truly one of my top recommendations, and one of my favorite buildings. It's impossible to not be entirely mesmerized by its glowing crown of 24-karat gold. Beyond the gold though, the allure lies in the whole ambiance exuded by its distinct Art Deco style.
