After years in a condo with more stairs than she cared for, my client (the buyer l represented) knew she wanted something easier.

A home where she could enjoy her mornings, watch her flowers bloom, and finally grow that little mint garden she had been dreaming about.

The challenge?
We had to sell her condo and find the right next home, all within budget and in the right location, at the same time.

A lot of moving pieces. A lot of boxes to check.

But we made it happen smoothly and quicker than expected.
