Starting tomorrow night, Wednesday December 21, leave a steady stream of water, more than just a drip, running from all faucets to try to avoid frozen or busted pipes!
We need to be PROACTIVE!
WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SEND MAINTENANCE OUT FOR BUSTED OR FROZEN PIPES UNTIL THE TEMPERATURE IS ABOVE FREEZING! 🥶

UPDATE Monday, July 11:
This project is complete, production has returned to normal, and normal water activity may resume.

WATER CONSERVATION REQUEST:
The water line near the highway 81 bypass is being replaced as work goes on in this area. This process requires the line to be sterilized. Due to this sterilization process, we’ve had to reroute water to fill the Idaho water tower. As a result, we are seeing lower water production.

We are asking the public to help minimize usage throughout town for the next several days in order to maintain adequate supply for drinking, bathing, etc. Steps we ask you to take include not watering your lawn and garden during the daytime hours, not fill swimming pools, and not washing cars in your driveway.

We will share when water production has returned to normal and these activities may be resumed. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

If you have total electric that means you most likely have a heat pump on your CH/A unit. It needs to be in emergency mode to keep it from freezing up in these temps! Look at your thermostat....if there's an emergency mode on it, please switch to it now! Stay safe and warm!!!

Don't forget you need a steady stream of water in all faucets. Hot and Cold water! A drip is not enough! Leave cabinet doors open under all sinks! Everyone stay safe and warm!
