Some highlights are:

As a Democracy, it is imperative to allow freedom of speech even if it means hearing from the opposing side. Unfortunately, the opposing leaders who live outside of the City limits are spreading misinformation in order to inhibit the sustainable growth of Chico- wanting to build up, instead of out. A few misinformation points from the opposing side are:

❌ NO affordable housing
❌ Destroy habitat for endangered species 🌱
❌ Massive greenhouse emissions at once

Had the absolute privilege of exclusively representing the Buyer on this closed owner user acquisition! Concrete tilt up industrial property with 109,395 total SQ FT including 15,000 SQ FT of office space in Woodland, CA. Woodland is about 20 mins from the Sacramento International Airport and 30 mins from Downtown Sacramento. The buyer, a logistics company, will be adding freezer and cold storage space to the site along with a few other updates.
Looking forward to seeing the completed projects and so incredibly elated the client will no longer be a Tenant and have to lease industrial property.

Co-working spaces, shared offices are not a new concept in the office or work world. Many entrepreneurs, free lancers, content creators, independent contractors, and even displaced corporate workers have taken advantage of the community feel, lower costs with more amentities than renting a traditional office, and/or shorter drive distances that co-working spaces offer. Since the COVID pandemic has shaken up the office sector many work from home employees and entrepreneurs are missing one thing, community. Co-working spaces are a great way to fill this void. Many believe the “work from home” trends will continue to be limited as companies mandate more in office work. As companies mandate more in office work, companies will have to add more amenities to their offices to retain highly qualified and talented people. Often spending $10,000s+ to remodel offices or to relocate. Are co-working spaces here to stay among entrepreneurs though? What is your experience or opinion on co-working spaces? Comment below 👇
