April Market Recap | Butte County
Spring activity is picking up — and April’s numbers reflect it.
Total sales reached 179, marking an 11.9% increase year-over-year, with single-family homes continuing to lead the market at 152 sales (+9.4%). Condo activity also saw a notable uptick, up 33.3%, though still limited in overall volume.
What this tells us: momentum is building. Buyers are active, and well-positioned homes are continuing to move — especially in the single-family space. At the same time, inventory and pricing strategy remain key factors in how quickly and successfully homes are selling.
As we move further into the spring market, understanding these shifts at a local level is what creates opportunity — whether you’re buying, selling, or planning ahead.
