Congratulations to Parkway agent Kami Smith on her induction into the Chico High Hall of Fame. Nearly 40 years later, her long jump and triple jump records still stand ā€” a remarkable legacy of dedication, discipline, and excellence.

But what makes Kami truly special is the impact she continues to make right here in our community. From lifelong educator to trusted Realtor, she has spent decades helping and inspiring others throughout Chico.
