Every transaction has a story.

This month I had the privilege of helping two different clients with two very different goals.

🏡 One family was navigating the sale of a loved one's home after a loss. We coordinated inspections, repairs, and preparation before listing, ultimately receiving a full-price offer within days of hitting the market.

🔑 Another client was completing a 1031 Exchange and needed to identify and secure replacement properties within strict IRS timelines. We negotiated aggressively, secured a great property quickly, and were able to negotiate an additional $4,500 reduction after inspections.

Neither transaction was without challenges, but that's often where experience matters most.
