Aaron Jay graduated from California State University Chico with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in American Studies and Geography. Aaron has been a local business owner since 1998 and has a through understanding of our community, and is in tune with our local market. He currently is a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, California Regional Multiple Listing Service, and Sierra North Valley Association of Realtors. Aaron holds the designation Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI), certification of Military Relocation Professional (MPR), and is a licensed real estate broker. He currently sits on the Board of Directors for the North Valley Association of Realtors. Aaron typical serves the greater Butte County area including: Chico, Durham, Forest Ranch, and Paradise, as well as parts of Tehama and Glenn Counties. Aaron is an Eagle Scout with Palms and was a charter member of the Active 20-30 Club of Chico. As a member he co-founded the Margarita Mix-Off, helping to raise money for children’s charities throughout Butte County. He also served as Vendor Coordinator for the Chico Air Show. During the summer 2013, Aaron assisted with the launch of City of Trees Realty in Chico.
