House Inspections can be stressful enough for sellers. Anxiety over deffered maintenance issues, or maybe just the unknown when selling for the first time. Sometimes there’s no issues found at all, but the anxiety of waiting is enough to sit on pins and needles. LOL
I’ve had the pleasure to work with Paul Andresen and his daughter, Hailey, from A-OK Home Inspection Service the past couple times I’ve needed a home inspection done for my clients, and I’ve been SO happy with their service and communication.
