C Y Property Management has an immediate opening for an On-site Resident Manager position at the Warner Studios Apartments, located at 1488 Warner Street behind Enloe Hospital

For just 2 hours per day you will cover your rent payment in full!. One hour in the morning cleaning up the grounds and performing office duties. You will then have host open office hours for resident and prospects from 4pm - 5 pm. Complex offers both month to month & year lease contracts.

Task Included Are:
-Sales/Leasing
-Application Screening
-Move In Process with Residents
-Rent Collection
-Maintenance/Service request with qualified vendors and technicians
-Assisting current residents with their housing needs
-Maintaining and growing the overall real estate asset

Skills needed are:
• Self motivated, punctual, detail oriented, and able to work independently.
• Must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated computer skills with proficiency in Word and Outlook.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with co-workers, administrative team, and the public.
• Resident Manager Experience is not required
