We're not saying that what we are saying is perfectly correct. However, we do believe buying a house for you or your family is based on (AFFORDABILITY). The interest rate/and or the price of a house are clear factors when buying a house but just because the interest rates are higher or lower an/or prices of homes are higher or lower shouldn't force you to buy a house. Your decision should be based on AFFORDABILITY and POTENTIAL NEEDS (some wants too lol)

Now I know we all have that ONE family member or friend that always mentions, "Interest rates are too high don't buy now", "Prices are too high. 'BACK' when I bought my house"....You know the rest. Today's prices are NOT yesterday's prices. Now These folks are a good support system indeed, but if you have done your budgeting. If you have done your homework. If you are working with an entrusted real estate agent, You're good. Surrounding yourself with the right people and having a plan in place will work itself out indeed.
