From clients to a full blown friendship.

John lives in New York and called me last July on a property I had listed. Unfortunately, he wasn’t able to make it to Ohio before it went into contract. We toured a few properties later that year that just weren’t the right fit.

Fast forward to last winter, a property came up for auction that was 2 minutes away from my house, which was a big win for John. He wanted something in close proximity to me so I could help him manage it while he wasn’t around.

We ended up losing on the auction, which was definitely deflating. A couple of months passed with no other properties being listed that checked his boxes.

That’s when it hit me. I called the new owners who won the bid at the auction and asked if we could work out a deal. They were open to the idea and shortly after that phone call, we were in contract.

This morning I met John and his son on their new property and we called this bird 400 yards across a field and right down the gun barrel for his son.

Pretty awesome to watch everything come full circle through all the highs and lows. I can’t wait to help these guys transform this property and make memories with them for years to come!
