A signed application must be completed prior to viewing a unit. This is for a criminal background check for my safety, and for pre-qualifying purposes (this is not a complete screening). Qualified applicants will have 3 times the rent amount in verifiable income, a clean background check, and good rental, employment, and payment histories. I do not rent to applicants with recent evictions, felonies, repetitive misdemeanors, drug charges, open bankruptcies, or poor landlord references. I reserve the right to add additional criteria based on the aspects of a particular unit. Pets are accepted on a case by case basis, and will require additional fees.
Rent prices are based on a 1 year lease. Month to month or shorter leases may be at a higher rate. All information given about a unit is believed to be accurate, but not guaranteed. Tenants should verify info prior to lease signing. Deposits are equal to one month's rent.
