Do you know the difference between pre-qualified and pre-approved, as far as loans go?

Pre-Qualification is a “ballpark guess.”
You give the lender some basic info, and they tell you how much you might be able to borrow, but they haven’t verified anything yet.

Pre-Approval is when you are “ready to buy.” The lender verifies your credit, income, and finances and gives you a letter stating how much they’re willing to lend you. This is what you use when making an offer on a home.

Hey yall, I truly created this page for all things real estate. However, after I took a picture tonight of my three kids, Jett (a senior), Cam (a sophomore), and Trace (a junior), and it reminded me why I even have this page.

I became a realtor as a second, or third or fourth career, so that my kids could see that it’s never too late to start over and chase your dreams. I also became a realtor in hopes of supporting them some financially through college, as my dad was able to do for me, and in hopes they wouldn’t have to start their lives off in debt.

Real estate hasn’t really taken off for me yet, but I’m still praying that it will. I am hoping that the kids can see that I haven’t given up on my new career, and will someday see me as successful in their eyes. They are my why, after all. Everything that I push myself to do and achieve is for them and their future generations.

I’m so thankful to be a momma to these three and I pray that they have an easier go in life because of a little help from me. Thanks so much for reading my heart for my new career. Please refer me to people if your heart feels led. I would sure appreciate it.
