Ten years ago, we started asking a simple question:
What if buying or selling real estate could also directly support the Martha’s Vineyard community?

Through our Client’s Choice program, our clients direct 10% of our commission to a Martha’s Vineyard nonprofit of their choosing, at no cost to them.

Today, we’re incredibly proud to share that we’ve surpassed $500,000 donated to Island nonprofits!

Over the years, Client’s Choice has supported more than 30 organizations focused on housing, healthcare, conservation, education, food equity, youth programs, and community services across the island.

Our latest Client’s Choice donation was made on behalf of an anonymous buyer, an island businessman who recently purchased land in Chilmark. A fan of the Chilmark Community Church lobster rolls and the good they do for the community, he directed his donation to support their work.

We’re excited to share our latest donation through our Client Choice Program has gone to Island Housing Trust.

Our sellers (one of whom works with IHT) chose IHT as their nonprofit. With firsthand experience of the island’s affordable housing challenges, they wanted their sale to support a cause making a real, lasting impact in our community.

Through our Client Choice Program, we donate 10% of our commission to the nonprofit of our clients’ choosing. Buy or sell with us, and giving back becomes effortless.
