In 2015, we had a vision...create a small rental company by buying houses in need of repair and rehabilitating them into nice, clean, affordable homes for others. It was both the best of times and the worst of times....

We started with essentially nothing...borrowing other people's money short term and paying them back with interest because at the time we couldn't get a loan from the bank. We started with 2 houses. 🏠🏠

Those 2 houses eventually multiplied themselves into 4, 8, 16...we've bought, sold and rented 20 houses over the past 8 years. 🏠🏠🏠🏠🏠🏠🏠🏠🏠🏠🏠🏠🏠🏠🏠🏠🏠🏠🏠🏠 We put our literal blood, sweat and tears into each home. We did a TON of the work ourselves until little by little we could afford to start paying others and buy back our time. Super late nights, early mornings, weekends...hours upon hours upon hours we invested to build this company...doing without to build this company...driving a be**er car to build this company...borrowing from Peter to pay Paul to build this company...living off of our last dime to build this company...And build it we did--but not without the knowledge, help, support, and belief from others. Grateful. FOREVER grateful for those who taught us the Ninja ways; those who invested with us financially; those who helped us bring the dream to fruition. We couldn't have done this without you. There are too many folks to name-they absolutely know who they are; but the bottom line is this (cause y'all know I love a bottom line!!!)

DREAM!!! Focus on your dream; Where focus goes; energy flows...put your hands to work-or else your dream will remain just that--a dream. Have the thought and follow the thought with action. If these 2 female teachers can build a rental company; get their health in order by losing 125lbs and then help literally thousands more do the same...YOU can do anything you want to do. You just have to decide.

In 2015 we decided we wanted to build a rental company. So we did! ❤️

A LOT has changed since we started our rental business 7 years ago. The struggle to start ANY company or business is REAL and statistically most don't make it past the 5 year mark. We are defying the odds with both our business AND our health!! Two years ago we took a break with rehabbing houses and worked to rehab our health. Our hard work and perseverance with our rental company coupled with the overhaul of our health has led us to fulfilling dreams we never thought possible and it's only just the beginning!!!

Last summer we spent our time underneath houses—I LEGIT got stuck under the house on W Garden and had to shimmey my way all the way back out. 🙄🙄Ugh!!!!

We made a decision at the end of 2020 to take a break—we had worked soooooo hard and we were sooooo tired. We just needed a moment…and of course—Covid.

We did not know that 2021 would be the year of transformation for us. Grateful does not begin to express how we feel. We are so grateful for making a conscious decision to take a break so that we could focus on ourselves. Sometimes you really have to flip the script, change it up and refocus your priorities. We had NOT taken care of ourselves. We we’re working 14 and 16 hours and we were burned out. Because we put our health first, we have found our flame again!!! If you need your fire relit—call us!!! We can coach you!!!🔥❤️

We've been real quiet for the past 6 months. We decided to take a break after 2020 😳 and focus on rebuilding our own lives. Instead of bringing old, worn out dilapidated houses back to life, we've taken 2021 to resurrect ourselves!! 85 lbs released between the two of us!! We look and feel younger. I totally get how a house feels now when we bring it back to life!! ❤️ 100% worth it!!!
