Yesterday our President Jason Alphonso Engerman presented to a room full of talented executives in our area through the Leadership Lackawanna program on the topic of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. I did not give a definition of DEI as it strikes a new definition for each organization around intersectionality for diverse groups and implementation. Consider your strengths, your limitations, your clientele, your team, and your corporate culture... Now, what might your vision of DEI look like in your workspace?
