IMPORTANT UPDATE TO OUR PROPERTY LEASE TERMS: At this point in time, we will still offer long-term vs. weekly vacation rentals BUT are now moving to all month-to-month leases for new tenants as well as approved renewals. For now, we have also decided to make the property pet-free for any new agreements that are put into place moving forward.
