Based on the Realtor Magazine today, REALTORS® surveyed said that one of the top tech tools for getting quality leads is social media. The top social media networks they use professionally are Facebook (used by 90%), followed by Instagram (52%), LinkedIn (48%), YouTube (24%), and Twitter (19%).

More and more Real Estate professionals are adopting Digital technology for marketing and closing their deals. Especially by using social media as a major marketing tool.

The survey result shows that the most software tools used by real estate firms are e-signatures, comparative market analysis, electronic contracts and forms, and multiple listing systems.

Among these software tools, 63% of real estate professionals use multiple listing software daily, and 39% use electronic contract and forms software daily.

Many reports on June housing sales pace showed the slowest in the past 6 months. Would you think the seller's market will be ended soon? In fact, the answer is no. Based on CoreLogic forecasts, home prices will climb another 3.2% by June 2022.

According to the report of Yahoo Finance digested from Fortune.com, the foreclosure moratorium, has been ended on July 31. Some of major banks like Chase has released foreclosure houses. Next, the mortgage forbearance program, which allows some borrowers to pause their payments; will be ended on Sept. 30. Since this program still protects 1.75 million borrowers, or 3.5% of U.S. mortgages, it could cause some of home owners to sell their house instead of restarting their mortgage payments. The housing inventory would be risen and slowed down the market

Then, why the housing price is still going high? The increasing supply is still shorter than demand. There are largest tranche of millennials born between 1989 and 1993, in their thirties looking for their first-homebuying during this period. However, there are not enough new construction in the market because some of homebuilders are still struggled with the financial scars of the 2008 housing bubble and subsequent foreclosure crisis.

What is your dream house style? Do you believe you can get your dream house in your life? 1/3 Americans believe they can, based on a recent survey by Buildworld and reported by Realtor Magazine.

There are total 1000 people in the US and UK tested for this survey. The study shows the must-have home features among U.S. respondents for a dream home were: a garden, garage, patio or porch, natural light, and a primary suite with a bathroom.

The report also came out the rank of exterior and interior dream house by categorizing 4 different generations; The Modern farmhouse is number one choice of exterior style by Gen Z, Millennials and Generation X. However, the cottage style is the most preferred by baby boomer.

As the interior style, rustic modern is the most favorite style by Gen Z, Millennials, and Generation X. On the other hand, the Japandi style is the first choice pick by baby boomer.
