My daughter, Shannon and I have "Sparkle Cleaning L&S" back in business. Yes, we are still Realtors with iRealty Professionals, but when we recently had to re-clean a home we sold because the cleaning company who did it, did such a bad job that in order to make the deal go through, we jumped in with our expertise and cleaned it, saving the deal and making the buyers, seller, and all involved very happy. So we thought why not just start our cleaning business back up too. My daughter, Shannon, and I are getting calls for cleaning for the business we used to have. We have started "Sparkle Cleaning" back up again. Especially move in/move outs. We love being realtors and are starting to get busy in that also, (we like busy) and there seems to be a need for the cleaning. We actually did our sellers home. The buyers realtor was ecstatic. Congrats and thank you to all who helped make this happen, especially to our seller, who was amazing through it all and has become a dear friend. Sometimes being a Realtor means meeting our great contractors who are fixing things for our sellers, until the jobs are done. ( She is fixing a lot of items for the buyer)The neighbors must think that we own this house, we are here so much. lol So if they bring cookies we are keeping them! lol Our seller is a sweetheart and we are really enjoying what we do.
