This week‘s trip out to Pacific Palisades for another construction update I was able to trick my daughter one more time in coming with me. This trip include sunset dinner at. Nobu Malibu, and morning walk on the beach……..
This week you can see the stem wall for the garage and the magnificent quartz countertops are installed.

Don’t matter, which way you look, we have phenomenal, beautiful, and probably most importantly affordable homes for you to choose for your family. Stop helping your landlord pay off their investment and start investing in your future. Most cases we find at our total monthly payments are less than what our clients are paying for rent. What are you waiting for. Are you listening to people who discourage you, who aren’t willing to offer you a better choice? I find that customers of ours. Listen to their parents tell them what they shouldn’t shouldn’t do even though they’re in their 30s and 40s, and without them having a better option to present to them. Listen to your heart, your family is depending on it. Cause I’ve been telling you, these are not your grandmother’s manufactured homes!

For those who’ve been following along, you’ve heard us talk about an incredible CrossMod home headed to the Pacific Palisades—and now it’s happening.

This home represents more than just new construction. It’s a rebuild of a residence tragically lost in the unprecedented fires just over a year ago. What’s rising in its place is nothing short of remarkable.

At 6:00 AM on April 13, 2026, our team began delivery. Within just two hours, our master haul drivers expertly placed a 2,000+ sq. ft. home (40’ x 66’) onto a 50-foot-wide lot—with even tighter constraints due to utility trenching. Precision, skill, and composure at the highest level.

After more than 40 years in this industry, moments like this still leave me in awe. True craftsmanship never gets old.

Now, just two weeks later, the home is fully set, drywall is nearly complete, and we’re moving into perimeter walls so we can backfill and begin construction on the garage.

This is speed. This is innovation. This is resilience.
