That smile on Troy Howells face tells it all!!!!! Today he became the owner of a piece of property that belonged to me, Carl, Amanda Owens Peel and Josh Peel!!!! That might not seem like a big deal to most but Josh and Troy have been friends/like brothers for most of their lives and the property is located right across the road from Amanda and Josh’s home.
