The Sunny Hills vacant lot sales are starting the new year out in a big way! In January there were 37 sales of vacant lots with an average sales price of $4568. In driving around the area I have seen several new construction starts and several cleared lots ready to be built on. I firmly believe that the growth is beginning to happen again for our area.
