WASHINGTON AND HOLMES COUNTY LAND OWNERS BEWARE Don’t let anyone talk you into giving your land away , fast talking real estate agents and investors are everywhere .  I have had a couple of land owners come to me and say that they’ve been offered X amount of dollars for their property from a local real estate person . Please do not be fooled by people that promise you they are working for you , they are working for a commission and possibly a large company that wants them to talk you out of your land . Bottom line is if they dont get your LAND they cant build that big fancy subdivision or a resort that local folks cant afford to go too. If you sell your land, your family’s heritage ,you’re inheritance or Land you’ve worked really hard to pay for ,once it’s gone it’s gone and you’re not gonna replace it with the money you make off of it .I know your reading this thinking wait your in the real estate business and your trying to talk people out of selling their land . CRAZY sounding I know. What I am trying to tell you dont be fooled by anyone , if they want your land and your willing to part with it , make them pay your price . NEVER take the first offer because undeveloped LAND is irreplaceable . Land is one of the only things that is not Man made 🤔. As long as you live you will have to stand /live /work on a piece of dirt somewhere, owned by someone and it will come at a price.
