I’m Tina Forcier — a full-time real estate agent with Epique Realty, part-time pastor, mom to some pretty amazing boys, and I am lucky to have an amazing partner who supports me through all of it! ❤️

For me, real estate isn’t just about houses. It’s about people, families, and finding a place that truly feels like home.

And yes, that includes the fur babies! 🐾 Sometimes the perfect home is the one with a fenced-in yard where the dogs can run and play!

🏡 Your first home doesn’t have to be your forever home!

Many of us remember the home we grew up in as the finished product, but our parents or grandparents often started smaller, made improvements over time, and built equity along the way.

Don’t automatically overlook a home because the kitchen is dated, the paint isn’t your style, or it needs a little TLC. Sometimes those homes can offer an opportunity to get into homeownership at a price that better fits your budget.

Renting can absolutely be the right choice, too! But if you’re renting because you assume buying isn’t possible, let’s look at the numbers before you count yourself out.

Your first home doesn’t have to be perfect, it just needs to be right for you right now. 🩷🏡

As most of you know, real estate keeps me on the road! 🚗💨 When I say I get around, I mean I drive 3,200–5,000 miles a month helping clients, showing homes, checking out communities, visiting parishioners (fun fact I am also a part time Methodist Pastor and exploring all the great places Minnesota has to offer! 🙃
