As a home builder, it stinks that OG&E is our only option for electric. Building on rural land, they are very slow and lazy
As a Customer, their prices are high and you never get an English speaking agent. It took me 45 min to get power turned on a rent house

2 things
1. Don’t sign a contract with any roofing company who has not been on your roof to check damages.
2. Today is not the day for a roofer to be on your roof. With overcast and wet shingles, it’s almost impossible to see damages. If you do not have a leak, wait till the sun comes out
