This was a tough transaction. It was very sentimental, being my grandparents' home for 60+ years and my mother's childhood home. We shared a lot of memories in this house. It was difficult seeing my mother say goodbye to it. My stepfather, uncle, and mother put a lot of work into getting it ready for sale. It was also my first Estate that I've dealt with, so I learned a lot along the way. It was definitely difficult, but we got it done with a lot of help from my awesome associates at Crown Homes. My broker provided guidance the whole way through, and I can't thank him enough!
