🚨 TODAY’S THE DAY: Pure Real Estate Team IS LIVE 🚨

After 10 years in the business, this is the most excited I’ve ever been to show up for work.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working on some incredible real estate teams—each one leaving its mark on me. I learned different systems, leadership styles, and ways to serve clients and agents. I took the best of what I saw and quietly studied what I’d want to do differently if I ever had the chance to lead a team of my own.

I’ve coached. I’ve trained. I’ve led tech adoption. I’ve taught over 300 classes to agents. And most recently, I’ve spent the past year as the Team Leader for KW Empower’s Delaware/Maryland market center, helping agents grow their businesses and step into their potential.

That experience has been my proving ground.

Soooo, cool post about your new Job Connor. And also, what the heck does "Team Leader" mean?

For all my KW friends, most of you (should) know. BUT from some conversations I've had with friends and family, I have had some hilarious thoughts on what that actually means so I will fill you in on the actual job role and obligations.

First, for context, Keller Williams has individual Market Centers where agents work and 'hang' their license in order to sell real estate. Basically think franchise model.

Each Market Center provides services to the agents that are employed so they have the support they need to do their job. One of those jobs, is Team Leader.

I have 3 primary responsibilities as a Team Leader, they are:
1. Encourage Agents to consider Keller Williams
2. Coach and Train our top 20% agents to further their business.
3. Manage the day-to-day of the office and staff.

There's probably a gazillion other things that a Team Leader is involved with but those are the activities that I handle primarily.

Coaching agents is my passion. Helping other Realtors become successful and structured in their business gives me internal satisfaction above all. THAT is the why I love what I do!

Big Announcement!

You may have seen some other posts on this BUT this is my first time actually acknowledging and posting on my own. Had to get those first 30 days at the new digs under my belt! We are here to stay!!

After 9 amazing years with Keller Williams Market Center in Moorestown, NJ, I'm excited to share that I’ve taken on a new role as the Team Leader for Keller Williams Empower, covering Delaware and Maryland.

During my time in Moorestown, I’ve had the pleasure of working with fantastic clients and colleagues. The experiences and relationships built over the years have been invaluable, and I’m incredibly grateful for all the support and trust.

In this new leadership role, I’ll be connecting with realtors across the region, helping them grow their careers and make the most of what Keller Williams has to offer. My goal is to share my knowledge and experiences to inspire and support others in their real estate journeys.

And don’t worry, my New Jersey and Pennsylvania clients, I’m still here for you! Whether you're buying, selling, or just need some real estate advice, I'm just a call or message away. (And no, moving to a new role doesn’t mean I’ve forgotten how to cross the bridge back to Jersey!)
