This transaction started with a phone call from a homeowner who said, "We think we already have a buyer, but we'd feel more comfortable having someone looking out for our best interests." That was a smart decision. In fact, the home went under contract so quickly that we never even had the opportunity to schedule professional photography before it was sold! The Thacker kids have officially taken over our office today. Productivity is down 87%, snack requests are up 300%. There was a hostile takeover of dad’s desk and we’re not sure if he’s getting that back. We're hoping in a few years they'll be answering phones, opening doors, and showing houses. For now, they're mainly focused on spinning in chairs and running quality control on our patience.
