I couldn’t be happier for my clients that they received and accepted a strong offer above listing price for their beautiful exceptional condominium in just over a week. Escrow officially opened yesterday and today is the second day of a 17 day escrow if everything goes according to plan. There could never be too much promotion when selling a home and multiple open houses, videos, and professional pictures were all part of making this happen.
