A huge congratulations to my client on purchasing her first home 🏡🥰

Tomo was renting and didn’t want to keep paying her landlord’s mortgage. She wanted to have a stable living situation and be in control. She didn’t want to live in fear that her landlord may terminate their lease or increase their rent.

We were able to secure a beautiful home in the same school district for her children.

While we were in escrow, neighboring homes sold for $100,000 more than what she bought her home for!!! This means (once she does a few upgrades) she will have $100k+ of instant equity 🤑.
