Two years ago, they walked into one of my open houses in North Park 🏡

No expectations. Just an easy conversation and an instant connection.

Since then, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside them through one of the biggest seasons of their lives.

As they headed into 2025 with a one year old and another baby on the way, their dream was clear: more space, a detached home, and a neighborhood that fit the life they were growing into. We found that home together in University Heights and opened escrow knowing the rest would fall into place.

Then came the curveball.

Mid-escrow, the lender made the call: in order to move forward, their North Park home needed to hit the market… immediately. (We had planned to list in the Spring but now the rush was on)

So we moved.

We rallied, prepared the home, launched the marketing, and opened the doors in a span of two weeks… all while life kept happening around them. One weekend of busy showings later, we accepted an offer that not only got the deal done, but made their home the highest sold property on their private drive.

What made this special wasn’t the speed or the numbers.

It was the trust. The kind that only comes from real relationships, clear communication, and showing up when it matters most.

From an open house conversation to helping this family land solid ground for their next chapter I’m incredibly grateful to be part of their story.

As the year comes to a close, I’m feeling incredibly grateful. In a year marked by high interest rates and even higher home prices, I had the privilege of helping 15 families make their move here in San Diego. From first-time homebuyers taking that exciting (and sometimes scary) first step, to families upgrading into highly desirable neighborhoods, to investors adding to their portfolios…it’s been rewarding to be part of so many important milestones 🥂 🍾

This market hasn’t been easy, which makes every successful closing feel even more meaningful. I’m thankful for the trust my clients/friends placed in me and for the opportunity to guide them through such a challenging year. Here’s to resilience, smart moves, and helping even more people reach their real estate goals in the year ahead 🙏🏽❤️

Disneyland was magical when I was younger, but seeing it through the eyes of our daughter Violet made it feel completely new again.

She was literally starstruck meeting Minnie, Anna, and Elsa and now she keeps watching the video of their meet-and-greet on repeat. So as my wife says…My heart can’t handle it.

For all parents - I’m honestly convinced that a little over 2 years old might be the perfect age for a first Disneyland trip. Violet has watched so many of the Disney classics by now that she recognized every character and lit up with pure joy the entire day. ✨

These are the moments we’ll remember forever ❤️
