I see my primary role as, and receive no greater satisfaction than, helping my clients and their families realize their real estate dream and the San Diego lifestyle. The weather is ideal, with an average high of 70 degrees, and low of only 58 degrees. There are endless opportunities to get out and enjoy the wonderful things this southwestern corner of California has to offer. Bordered by Mexico,

the Pacific Ocean, the Anza Borrego Desert and the Laguna Mountains, there is something for everyone - from a variety of beaches, surf spots, golf courses and bike trails, to the famous San Diego Zoo, Sea World and our home town teams, the Chargers and the Padres. I see my primary role as, and receive no greater satisfaction than, helping my clients and their families realize their real estate dream and the San Diego lifestyle, be it through a new primary residence or through a successful investment. Having received my real estate license in November of 1990 and being a full time, full service REALTOR® with Century 21 ever since, I have negotiated for property throughout San Diego County, for clients locally and those in other parts of the country. The business has changed in many ways over the years, with technology driving a large portion of the change. Communication with my clients is a top priority. Adjusting to the varying needs and comfort levels of each client, be it through email, text, phone, fax or face-to-face, is my goal. Having received the ePRO Certification in 2002 (and updated this past year), I am committed to being responsive to the constant technology changes and variety of the changing market place. Continuing education is essential to keep up with not only the technological growth, but equally important, the constant change in regulation and legislation in order to be the voice of private property rights. My active participation in the Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors (PSAR) provides a great forum for just that. Since 2000, I have served on the Board of Directors in various capacities:

Accomplishing homeownership could be similar to finding ways to attend college - it's asking questions, seeking advice, programs etc. There are down payment assistant programs that one needs to apply for and even housing areas that offer programs to attract buyers with assistance - again, it's knowing where to look and how to find out. The bottom line is persistence, and consistently reviewing your goals with professionals that can offer direction.

As a Realtor with CENTURY 21 Affiliated (32+ years within the CENTURY 21 system) I've been asked this question many times. Simply stated, an Appraisal is an "inspection" of the property value for the financial institution comparing the subject property with comparable properties that have sold recently.
