I am a Buyer Seller Matchmaker; matching up my buyers with their dream home and my seller's home to those highly qualified buyers. Together, we reduce glitches at minimal and address issues and concerns early to negate problems down the road. As for marketing your home, your property will be advertised through a vast array of avenues for maximum exposure. Buyer's agents will see your property in the MLS (multiple listing service). Buyers will also have access to your listing in reputable websites such Zillow, Trulia, Homefinder, Homes.com, just to name a few. It will also be available on YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and through Open Houses. Professionally taken photos, at No Cost to you, will be posted on these sites. To help you with your search as a buyer, you may peruse for listings through this website. I can also email you a link to download my free home search app from the AppStore. It's the MLS in your smartphone, showing listings around you, wherever you may be. I am a Licensed CA Real Estate Broker. I graduated with a B.S. in Biopsychology from UC Santa Barbara. I was a certified LA County EMT and a current CA Notary and Loan Signing Specialist. I have taught high school math and science at Los Angeles Unified School District. Held a position as a movie screener for Nielsen Entertainment and an avid snow boarder and hiker, summiting Mt Whitney and Half Dome. I enjoy all sports especially golf, both as a spectator and player. I recently ran the Rock'n Roll 1/2 Marathon San Diego and San Francisco, 2 years prior. But above all these personal accolades, I am beyond thankful to spending quality time with my family of three, my wife and our baby daughter.

On a conference call with my clients from Virginia looking to possibly put their single family home on the market in Otay Ranch. Though prices has risen considerably in most markets, current mortgage rates has enabled buyers to maintain their buying power and keep up. It’s definitely a win-win for both buyers and sellers. I’m Local and I’m Global! Congratulations to Andrei and Nicole on the purchase of their new home in Everett, WA just north of Seattle. After just one offer in a highly competitive market, they went into escrow and closed within a month. The whole process from consultation to closing , amazingly, took less 2 months.

Congratulations to my first time clients! Not all transactions are the same. Opened escrow the day before I left on a family vacation. Many VERY EARLY phone calls/texts from a different time zone, (4AM locally) and some slight hiccups along the way but we’ve finally reached the finish line.
