HAPPY MONDAY!!!! It has been a while since I posted, but for good reasons!!

As I am still a VERY active Real Estate Agent, and NOW I am ALSO an officially licensed Mortgage Loan Originator as well!!!

HEY GUYS!!!
I know COVID has done a lot of damage to our daily routines, and I am no different... I can admit that I took a few months off (sort of 😆) after my knee surgery... So to all of my friends, family, clients, and future clients, I UNDERSTAND THE STRUGGLES RIGHT NOW!!!

I understand that for Buyers, we are in unprecedented times where there are sometimes 30+ offers on a property because interest rates are historically low.... BUT THAT DOES NOT MEAN WE LOSE HOPE!!!!

I understand that for Sellers, we can be flooded with offers and interest, and escrows sometimes fall apart (I have not had to go thru that luckily because I have an AMAZING team behind me!!).... BUT THAT DOES NOT MEAN WE DO NOT SUCCEED IN GETTING YOUR HOME SOLD AND YOU TAKEN CARE OF!!!!

Running multiple businesses and being a mother with a child in distance learning during these times has forced me to restructure my entire life..... AND I HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE READY TO HELP AND BE A RESOURCE FOR ANYONE NEEDING INFORMATION OR GUIDANCE!!

Please do not feel pressured to be perfect right now.... Do not make decisions based on irrationality.... If buying a home or selling your home is something you would like to do but do not know if you are ready for, LET'S TALK!!!! We can make you a roadmap to get you where you want to be so when the time comes, you ARE READY!!! 🥰❤️

But most of all, TAKE CARE OF YOURSELVES mentally and physically, LOVE YOUR FAMILY AND YOUR FRIENDS!!! ❤️❤️❤️
