I will Never forget this closing as it broke my record!

Richard and Justine. Our offer was accepted at $685,000, and in escrow it was appraised for $715,000! This means they moved into their house with $30,000 in equity! We got our offer accepted over 12 other offers.

Justine and Richard wanted a home with a pool, and they got one! I love seeing how happy they are how happy they are in their new home!
I wish them many years of happiness and love in their new dream home!

Listening to one of my favorite singer live is a different level of excitement and satisfaction. ✨
Here is a picture of my wife Regina and I with my favorite singer Anuhea from Hawaii!

Anhea is a Hawaiian contemporary singer and songwriter with an easygoing island style who made her recording debut in 2009.

My most favorite song is “Simple Love Song” for her songs list. In which she used the ukulele and electric guitars for the mellow, laid-back vibe. 🧡

A property with a perfect Golf course view is what you need in your life, and this is what I got for the Parker Family.

The Parker family was really happy with the view, as properties on the GOLF course very rarely come along.

One of the reasons why the Parker family wanted to move from Northern California to Chula Vista was to be closer to their family. ♥️

I beat out eight offers to get our offer accepted. I’m glad that I was able to put such a great offer on the table for the Parker Family, as it was their first home purchase. ✨

One of the most complex parts of being a realtor is gaining the TRUST of your clients.

The truth is that trust is something that’s earned, and it’s not immediately given to anyone.  
After many years of hard work, I still prioritize trust because trust is the most important commodity you’re selling.

With COVID-19, it’s a sensitive time in the real estate market; I know my clients will be bombarded with confusing headlines from media about an impending recession. So it’s natural for them to be wary of any agent that says, “Don’t believe the news. It’s a great time to buy property! Just trust me on this.” 

I believe in providing service beyond the sale, so you’ll get nothing from me but honest answers.

Throwback to one of my favorite clients, Sarah and Nick. Sarah is my wife Regina's childhood friend since 7th grade and have been friends for over 20 years now!

Nice and Sarah bought this house during the pandemic, and we beat out 12 other offers.
That smile on their faces this is what I really work for, and all the challenges are always worth it.  
I wish them a happy life forever in this beautiful house. ✨

It is not an easy journey, however withe the support of my wife, I can endure any and all the hardships thrown my way!

I love to bring smiles to my clients' faces, finding them their dream home. I love to make their home-selling process as easy as it gets.

I love what I do, and for that, I'm super proud of myself, and excited for what's to come in 2022.

Throwback to the day where I closed the deal with an amazing couple, Jade and Charlee. I beat out four other offers to get their offer accepted. Isn't it amazing to see a young couple buying their first home together as a family?

I'm glad that I get to know this perfect couple. I hope this house brings endless joy to their lives. ✨

Throwback to a beautiful of closing of a chapter with Dobaste Family.

This family was in a Major hurry to sell their house as they received military orders to move to Louisiana.

The best part about this transaction was that I sold their property with multiple offers above the asking price. This family was very satisfied how I negotiated on their behalf to get them the most amount of money and they even promised to work again with me in the near future regardless of where they go in US.

I’m so thankful for their trust in me.
