Finding the house is just the beginning.

What happens after you go under contract is where experience really matters.

Inspections, appraisals, financing, negotiations, deadlines… there are a lot of moving parts, and things don’t always go as planned.

After 15 years in real estate and well over 100 closed transactions, I’ve learned that getting a deal under contract and getting it to closing are two very different things.

Finding the house is one thing. Getting you to the closing table is another.

That’s where experience matters.

Attendees are welcome to bring lawn chairs and coolers with snacks. Outside alcohol and glass containers are prohibited. Cash & card will be accepted. ATMs will be available on-site.

For just $10, enjoy unlimited carnival rides and make memories all day long. A wristband is required for all carnival rides and attractions including the petting zoo, pony rides, and train rides. Carnival wristbands for Cibolofest are now available for purchase online! Pre-sale closes Thursday, October 15, 2026, at 5:00 PM. Wristband Order Pick-up opens Friday, October 16, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM at the Utility Billing Window (located inside City Hall, 200 S. Main St.)

Have kiddos under 4? Discounted wristbands for limited attractions including the petting zoo, pony rides, train rides, and inflatable game zone, will be available for purchase at the Cibolofest Ticket Booth starting at 10:00 AM on the day of the event.

Parking will be located at Steele High School with shuttle service to Cibolofest. School buses are accessible with a wheelchair lift. Guests with pets will need to take the Kung Jul Mu Sul of Schertz shuttles. Alcohol, fi****ms, and the use of to***co are prohibited on school buses.
