We were under contract in less than 24 hours of submitting an offer, all terms accepted to include a nice chunk in cc, the only counter was a $4k increase in price.

Yesterday I had the honor of meeting a family who found me on Realtor.com from North Carolina. They flew in for a few days, but the day started with our meet up.

They had a lot listed for 2 years and it just sat there. I took it over, added better drone photos and we were under contract within 3 months. Listed at the same price the last Realtor had it at.

The fact they took time to meet me in-person to thank me and tell me they knew when they saw my photo, they were making the right choice means the world to me.

As I said before, what God has for me, is for me even when I'm not paying attention.
