The ceilings in this house were so high! The investor who worked on it told me he raised all the ceilings up and it made a huge difference.

This house is on a street called Powder River, so we wanted to lean into that on this stage. We chose blue as our primary color and paired it with yellows as the complementary color. We included images of birds, lakes and rivers to further show that connection.

We placed a huge sectional to illustrate the size of this room. And we staged our first ever ladies sitting room. The chandelier that hangs over the settee is absolutely gorgeous.

In the primary, we chose softer blues and paired pink instead of yellow there too bring in a more feminine touch.

Gorgeous model home! The condo complex used southwest inspiration in their structural design as well as in the tile and art in the hallways, so we decided to bring that into the homes themselves.
