🐾 BIG UPDATE FOR LANDLORDS, PROPERTY MANAGERS & REALTORS®

HUD has issued new guidance regarding assistance animals in housing. The change shifts away from the previous presumption that Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) automatically receive the same accommodation treatment as trained service animals.

While trained service animals remain protected, housing providers should review their current pet policies, leasing procedures, and accommodation processes before making decisions regarding assistance animal requests.

As always, federal, state, and local fair housing laws can differ, so it's important to stay informed and seek legal guidance when needed.

🎉🏡 UNDER CONTRACT! 🏡🎉

This one is extra special for me.

Years ago, I had the privilege of teaching Tyler when he was in 4th grade. Fast forward to today, and I'm honored to be helping him navigate one of the biggest milestones of his life—purchasing his first home!

Congratulations to Tyler on getting this beautiful new construction home in New Braunfels under contract with Lennar! We just wrapped up inspections, and everything is moving right along.

It's moments like these that remind me why I love what I do. Seeing former students grow up, build successful lives, and become homeowners is truly rewarding.
